Syllogism topic is very important in reasoning section of all competitive exams. If you understand the basics of syllogisms and how to draw Venn diagram. I am sure that after learning the basics you will be able to solve the 5 Questions in just two minutes.
In Part 2 we are going to solve the problems where the conclusion is based on NO.
NOTE : If you will find NO in conclusion we have to follow some rules. We need to draw two venn diagrams for this type of questions. that are basic diagram and possibility diagram.
Conclusion is true only when the condition is satisfies the both diagrams. otherwise it is False
Basic Possibility
Answer is both II and III conclusions are True

Conclusion is true only when the condition is satisfies the both diagrams. otherwise it is False
Example 1 :
STATEMENT:
1) Some A are B
2) All B are C
3) No C is D
CONCLUSION:
I) No D is A
II) No D is B
Ans : We need to draw basic and possibility diagrams.
Basic Possibility
Conclusion I) True False = False
Conclusion II) True True = True
Answer is only conclusion II is follows
Example 2 :
STATEMENT:
1) All Cake are Sweet
2) All Sweet are goods
3) Some Goods are best
4) No Good is Chocolate
CONCLUSION:
I) No Chocolate is Best
II) No Chocolate is Cake
III) No Chocolate is Good
Ans:
Basic Possibility
Conclusion I) True False = False
Conclusion II) True True = True
Conclusion II) True True =True
